P. Diddy’s son, Justin Combs applied to UCLA for a football scholarship and he got it. On Tuesday, the music mogul’s son informed Access Hollywood of the news. “I am a living testament that with a strong relationship with God, family, and hard work dreams do come true”, he said in his statement.
Rap star P.Diddy couldn’t be prouder of his son, Justin. The young Combs has made his family jump up and down, overjoyed by the great news: his application to UCLA was accepted and he was also granted a full football scholarship. “As a parent, today is one of the proudest moments of my life”, Sean “Diddy” Combs told Access. He says that he feels blessed as a parent that he has a son who is following his own dream with dedication. “This is everything a father could want for his son, for him to excel at what he loves to do and is truly passionate about”.
Justin also applied to the University of Illinois, the University of Virginia and the University of Wyoming. He was accepted by all of them, but in the end he went with UCLA. As a football player, he is 5 ft. 9, weighing in at 170 pounds, which is perfect for a defensive back.
UCLA has previously offered scholarships to other celebrities’ kids. In 2008-2009, Lil’ Romeo, the son of Master P was a basketball player in the university’s team.
Good luck, Justin!
