Justin Bieber has been struggling with fame and now it seems that the star has finally been able to leave all his issues behind. During a recent interview, Bieber decided to open up about his family, album, but also about his career and his relationships.
“I want to veer away from the self-centered attitude,” Bieber said during his interview with Billboard. “I’m just focused on the people who have been there since the start, on people who are taking the journey now. I want them to feel like we’re doing this together.”
During his interview, Justin said that he is actually very nervous about his latest album. Of course, the album is expected to be a success, but Bieber is worried about what fans might think of it. “It’s hard to make meaningful songs that make you want to dance because if can come off cheesy,” the singer revealed. Bieber went on to confess that even though he had made compromise in the past, he is no longer willing to do that.
“In the past I’ve recorded songs that I didn’t like, that I wouldn’t listen to, that the label was telling me to record. I’m self-expressing with this album – I can’t skip on the moments that were dark, the moments that were happy, the ex-girlfriend stuff,” the star claimed.
Bieber went on to talk about Selena Gomez, once again. The singer said that he is actually proud of Selena and what she had achieved. “I’m proud of the woman she is today,” he said. Bieber once again stressed out that his love for Selena will always be there. “When you love someone that much, even if something comes between you, it’s a love that never really dies,” Bieber explained.
Justin also talked about how life had been for him as a child star. “It’s the toughest thing in the world. I want people to be more kind to young celebrities,” the Baby singer said. The star went on to say that he still struggles with fame, but he choose to not let it “completely destroy me.”
