It’s going to take Jessica Simpson a lot more than most other celebrity moms to drop that pregnancy weight. Her busty post-baby photo on Twitter might complement her, but Jessica Simpson is looking at a gruesome task. In an interview with InTouch magazine, Jessica Simpson said she is exhausted by the pregnancy weight loss goal.
Over the past few days, Jessica Simpson has been spotted trying to lose weight. Reports say the singer is working hard to lose all that pregnancy weight loss but it’s no easy task. InTouch writes Simpson is exhausted by the 50 pounds pregnancy weight loss goal she agreed to with Weight Watchers.
To help her lose that weight, Weight Watchers has given the singer a $4 million incentive. All she has to do is drop 50 pounds within five months. But the incentive doesn’t seem to be driving the 31-year-old new mom enough.
Sources told InTouch magazine Jessica Simpson is both exhausted and stressed with the goal. At the same time, insiders say that Simpson is having a hard time leaving the side of her seven-week-old daughter. “She doesn’t want to leave her baby. Sometimes she just starts crying. It’s hard for her” explained the sources.
Baby Maxwell Drew was born May 1, 2012 at 9 lbs and 13 oz. Basically, the pregnancy brought Simpson another 75 pounds on the scale. Back in March, the singer was telling Hello! Magazine: “I had a great pregnancy. Eating and not having to worry too much about it has been fun. Taking a break from working out has definitely been fun. But I’m ready for it to be over”.
She seemed eager to get back in shape back then, but as sources told Us Magazine, weeks after the birth Jessica Simpson wasn’t exactly on schedule with her workout. “She’ll have to meet the weight-loss goals for the deal to go through. She hasn’t chosen a trainer yet” they said. “In fact, she hasn’t even thought about working out for a year. But if she wants this, she’ll need to work out a good five times a week” reported Us Magazine.
People writes that Jessica Simpson has already started on a diet based on protein meals and homemade juices. The magazine reports the artist is going to have a hard time trying to put behind her pregnancy eating habits.
