HTC comes with a more affordable mid-range Desire device. It is called Desire 620 and has a 5-inch screen, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 4G LTE connectivity. This runs on Android KitKat and features a 720p display. You should know that it looks terrific in your hands and the two-tone plastic body really goes along, even if it is a mid-range phone.
Rumors are saying that it will be in UK stores next year. Until now, O2 is the only network that declared they have plans to stock this device. Unfortunetly, no price have been announced for now, probably it will be unveiled in the beginning of the year. However, the giant manufacturer has declared that Desire 620 will have an affordable price.
HTC Desire 620 has the same design scheme such as other devices from this range, for example Desire 820, which was unveiled earlier last year in Berlin. You will find Desire 620 in three different colors: white with orange, two-shade grey and white with blue. This design is very catchy, funny and attractive and it surely helps the company stand apart of other mid-range and cheap phones. The white and orange model looks really nice.
Desire 620 is 150mm long, 73mm wide and 9.6mm thick. With a 5-ich display, it means that this device is not a small phone. You will have some difficulties stretching your thumb to type with just one hand. It is recommendable to use both hands for a better typing. Talking about its resolution, the Desire 620 has a 1,280×720 pixel resolution, one step back from HTC Desire Eye, which has 1,920×1, 080 pixels. Don’t need to worry because it is sufficient to make the Android Interface look nice. Desire Eye and Desire 820 also come with a plastic body and they feel very durable and sturdy. Maybe Desire 620 will feel similarly.
This device comes with an 8GB storage, not such a big storage unit, but you can use the microSD card slot, which will help you upgrade up to 128GB. It also has a 2,100mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
