The legal battle for Nahla started in 2012, when the papers were filled in court. It seems that both the famous actress and Gabriel Aubry wanted what is best for Nahla, but they failed to reach an agreement until now.
Halle Berry is currently married to Oliver Martinez. Apparently, what the actress wanted was for Nahla to move with her in France and to live there with herself and her new husband. Naturally, Gabriel Aubry was against this idea.
