Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Winslet are thought to be the best dressed celebrities at Venice Film Festiva, Us Weekly reports.
The Venice Film Festival was yet another event that allowed the Hollywood celebs to pride themselves with their sense of fashion, their silhouette and their genius ideas of matching dresses with shoes, purses, earrings and smiles. The Festival was also a chance for shows like The Fashion Police and other critics in the mass media and the show business to compare, judge and deliberate on who was the best dressed celebrity on the red carpet.
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow was among the top of the “best dressed” list, wearing a pink dress signed by Prada at the premiere of the horror movie “Contagion”. She added more shine to her looks with gold jewelry by Bvlgari and matched it all with Vernice peep-toe platforms. She looked like a romantic style porcelain doll.
Kate Winslet took after Marilyn Monroe. She has a curvier silhouette, so she had to adapt her style to her body. And she did it amazingly perfect. She appeared in a black and white dress signed by designer Stella McCartney. She added peep-toe heels and wowed with her looks. Her “Mildred Pierce” co-star, chameleonic Evan Rachel Wood, stunned in her sheer lace-stripped black Alessandra Rich gown.
Model Bar Refaeli, the ex-girlfriend of actor Leonardo DiCaprio was spectacular in her black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline, signed by Emilio Pucci. She attended the premiere of “Carnage”.
The four were voted the “best dressed” at the event by several magazines and TV hosts. Here are some other celebrities who were thought as being well dressed for the occasion:
Diane Kruger made a sensual appearance in a delicate tulle nude-colored gown by Elie Saab. She matched it with peep-toe high heel shoes and a natural hairstyle.
Keira Knightley made quite an appearance in her Valentino haute couture gown. Her figure was beautifully defined by the long sleeved, gold embroidered tulle gown.
Former model Cindy Crawford was stunning in a bold red one shoulder gown signed by Roberto Cavalli.
