Numerous services have been put at Google users’ disposal and yet, the software company can still come up with new products that can make people’s lives easier. Google Keep is the service that customers will be able to use starting today in order to write and save notes on their accounts. The information may be accessed with the help of a device running on Android 4.0.3 or of the Google Drive account as the written notes will be automatically synced between the website and the app.
The Google Keep up is downloaded and installed like any other application in the Play Store. After the installation process is complete you only have to select the Google account you want to use for the app and then, you are free to write as many notes as you like.
The service offers four methods that people may use to save notes on the program. You can either write it using the text box available on the initial screen or you may select a checklist if this better suits your intentions. Keep allows you to make notes on a photo by tapping the camera and create a voice memo using the phone’s microphone.
Notes may be customized in various ways. The app lets you choose between various shades, so you can better organize them based on the categories they represent. If the note requires additional pieces of information, you can use the menu button to insert a checklist or a picture.
Those who have a device running on Android 4.2 or a later version, have the possibility to add two widgets on the home screen of their smartphones. The first widget is a shortcut bar that allows users to quickly write notes with the help of various options, whereas the second one is just a shortcut bar to the app.
