The adorable baby girl of the Beckham couple has finally been caught on camera for the fans. Only a few days old, Harper Seven, the first baby girl of Victoria and David Beckham, is sleeping careless in her mother’s arms.
Unlike other celebrities who hide their babies faces for a long time before selling some pictures to the media, the Beckham couple has made a policy out of being as transparent as they can when it comes to the new family members. Just a few days after the birth of their little girl, the fans of the soccer star and the Posh diva can enjoy the first photos of Harper Seven. She is sleeping on her mother’s chest without a care in the world. And one first presumption is that she’s got her mother’s nose. Don’t you think so?
Seven is the fourth child of the Beckham couple. David, 36, and Victoria, 37, are also parents to Brooklyn Joseph,12, Romeo James, 8, and Cruz David 6.
David Beckham posted the picture of Victoria and Harper on his Facebook page. He wrote a message saying “I took this picture of my two girls sleeping. The photo of David and the baby was posted by Victoria on her Twitter page with the text “Daddy’s little girl”.
The couple recently explained why de decided to pick the two names for their baby daughter. David says in a video he uploaded on his Facebook page that the name Harper was a name they both loved very much for a number of reasons. “One of the reasons is Harper is an old English name which we love and one of the other reasons is Victoria’s favorite book is ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ and the author is Harper Lee.” The name “Seven” has been chosen because of what it symbolizes: “spiritual perfection, seven wonders of the world, seven colors of the rainbow and in many cultures around the world, it’s regarded as a lucky number”, as David says in the video. Some people believed the name was given because of the number on his shirt. “I had so much luck around wearing that number, wearing it for England, wearing it for Manchester United – it was such an influential number throughout my career, and a lucky number, but that wasn’t the main reason,” David explains.
