Chris Brown And Rihanna Squabble On Twitter

Just when everyone thought the two have agreed to bury the hatchet, Chris Brown and Rihanna took their squabble to Twitter on Wednesday night, says Us Weekly. Discussions started when Rihanna heard Brown’s new single containing offensive lyrics about her.

Singer Rihanna was among the first people who have auditioned Chris Brown’s new song “Way Too Cold”. The controversial R&B interpreter posted the remix on his Twitter account on Wednesday night. When RiRi listened to it, she was struck by a verse which seemed to be directed to her. The lyrics are: “Don't f--k with my old bitch/It's like a bad fur/Every industry n---a done had her/Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her/Bitch is breaking codes, but I'm the password”.

Right after she finished listening to the song, Rihanna unfollowed her ex-boyfriend. Chris Brown gave tit for tat by unfollowing the Barbadian artist, as well. Later on, he posted a message that enabled reporters to understand what really happened between them. He wrote “Assumptions!” and then, continued saying that he didn’t give any names in the song, so who ever took offense was because she felt guilty about it.

The 24-year-old singer did not make any comments in relation to Chris Brown’s most recent post. Although the rapper claims something else, Rihanna is the only famous ex he has ever had, so people who have listened to the song think she was right to feel offended.

Chris Brown’s behavior is even more condemnable as Rihanna has recently helped him recover his reputation after physically abusing her in February 2009. She agreed to make a new collaboration with him for the song “Birthday Cake” and even defended him when people said he didn’t deserve a second chance. Back then, the artist stated that she has chosen Brown for her new single because he is a talented R&B artist. She declared that she understands people’s need to express their opinion, but she will continue to do what she wants, in the end.
