I promised myself that I would stop writing about celebrities with babies, celebrities expecting or welcoming babies, but how can anyone resist writing about Bruce Willis? The Los Angeles Times announced on Sunday that the actor and his wife, Emma Heming welcomed their first baby girl this weekend.
Bruce Willis has become father for the fourth time after his wife Emma Heming gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Sunday. According to the actor’s declarations, the girl, who is the first baby of the three-year-old couple, was named Mabel Ray Willis. He further declared that the baby weighed 9 lbs. and 1 oz. at birth. The spokesperson concluded the interview by assuring everyone that both the mother and the child are healthy.
Emma and Bruce got married in 2009, but this was not the first marriage for the “Die Hard” star. He first tied the knot with actress Demi Moore in 1987 and divorced 13 years later. During their marriage, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis had three daughters, Rumer, 23, Scout, 20 and Tallulah, 18.
It is not only Bruce’s personal life that seems to be doing well, but also his career. The actor is now busy promoting his five new films that are due to be released this summer. “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” and “The Expendables 2” are the two movies that Bruce Willis fans will be able to see this year.
If you thought the days of “Die Hard” were gone, you were wrong. Willis has been co-opted for the sequel of the movie called “A Good Day to Die Hard” which is now in production. The 57-year-old actor will play the part of the tough cop, John McClane, who won many women’s hearts in the previous films. The release date hasn’t been communicated yet, but the sequel will be available on screen in 2013.
