Famous actor Brad Pitt has finally met with his children, for the first time since his now estranged wife Angelina Jolie filed for divorce. And it seems that things couldn’t go better. Allegedly, the actor and the children had a “wonderful time” during their reunion. As previously revealed, a therapist accompanied the actor during this time spent with his six children.
“Brad has spent some wonderful time with children recently,” an insider told People about the encounter between Brad and the kids. “Brad loves his children more than anything in this world, and they matter more than anything else to him. He will do whatever it takes to be with them, now and always,” the same source added.
Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt last month after an alleged plane fight, which is said to have involved one of the children. Reports claimed that Brad was verbally and physically aggressive with his son Maddox. The actor has not confirmed these claims and Angelina has also refused to talk about them. However, she sought the sole physical custody of the children, although she and Brad later entered a temporary custody settlement.
This temporary agreement indicated that the six children will be living with Angelina, but Brad will get visitation rights. However, the first reunion will be attended by a therapist who will have to establish if the actor can visit the children alone. No other details have been revealed from the reunion, but most likely more information will emerge soon.
The only thing that has been revealed until now is that Angelina brought the kids to the Los Angeles home where she used to live with her husband. Angelina and the children are now living in a rental home. Allegedly, James Haven, the actress’s big brother, has moved in with them to help her take care of the kids. James and the kids seem to be getting along really great.
Brad Pitt is also set to undergo individual counseling and family therapy, as well as voluntary drug and alcohol testing.
