Asus Transformer Book T300 CHI

Asus Transformer Book T300 CHI is made for people who are sitting at a table and are attempting to adjust the screen for more comfort or for a better viewing angle. This hybrid laptop makes good use of Intel’s low-power processor and comes with a keyboard dock that works attached or for a more comfortable way, remotely. The screen is great, it’s better than a HD resolution and it works like a slim Windows tablet.

However, there is a tip for those who want to adjust the screen, because along the top edge of the 12.5-inch display, a small button is attached and it happens to be the power button. If they don’t pay attention, users will accidentally put the system to sleep when they want to grab the top left corner. Asus T300 Chi starts at the price of 699 dollars in the US; availability is not yet known for other countries. Core M that is used by Asus for this laptop, is great and designed for premium-priced tablets, hybrids and laptops. To be mentioned that Core M is efficient enough to run in fanless designs and it can be also found in the new 12-inch MacBook.

At 699 dollars, customers will also have a 128GB SSD, 4GB of RAM and a keyboard dock that can be connected via Bluetooth for remote operation, but also when that two halves are connected. The upgraded configuration comes with 8GB of RAM and upgrades the display resolution from 1,920×1,080 to 2,560×1,440. The total cost will be approximately 899 dollars. Asus T300 CHI comes with a sharp-looking design, such as the 12-inch MacBook and Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro, but lighter and thinner, even though it still uses high-res screen and premium materials. Made mostly of aluminum, it weighs 3.2 pounds and is several hundred dollars less than MacBook and Yoga 3 Pro.

At Asus Transformer Book T300 CHI, the connection options are very limited, featuring a single Micro-USB port on the side of the display, a microSD card slot and the keyboard base has a micro-USB connection, but that’s to keep its internal battery charged. However, owners can also opt for an optional accessory known as Asus active stylus, which is available for 40 dollars.
